Learn How to Take Your Family Business to the Next Level!

Approximately 80% of businesses in the U.S. are owned and operated by two or more members of the same family, yet less than 30 percent survive to the second generation and only 13 percent make it to the third generation!

The Family Business Partnership, a program of the of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship (IECE) at Cal State San Bernardino, in partnership with Premier Service Bank are presenting a series of four comprehensive and informative two-hour evening workshops designed to assist entrepreneurial family-owned firms in meeting the unique managerial challenges associated with operating and sustaining a successful family business.

Who Should Attend?

  1. Individuals within a family-owned business facing issues of shared vision, conflict, compensation, and managing business and family dynamics.

  3. Established companies facing succession issues

  4. Non-family business partners who work within a family-owned business

  5. Shareholders, board members, spouses, and in-laws not working in a family business

Benefits of Attending!
